Overview

At AV Media (www.media.animationvibes.com), we provide professional digital services including website design & development, SEO, social media marketing, and content creation. Since our offerings are service-based and customized for each client, our refund and return policies differ from those for physical products.

Refunds

Once a project or service has been initiated, we invest significant time and resources in planning, strategy, and execution. Therefore, we do not offer full refunds for services that are already in progress or completed.

However, if you cancel your project before any work has commenced (for example, within 48 hours of payment), you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative and processing fees.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • If the service delivery has not yet started — up to 70% of the payment may be refunded.
  • If initial drafts, mockups, or consultations have been delivered — up to 30% of the payment may be refunded.
  • No refund will be issued once the final deliverables have been shared or approved by the client.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has begun:

  • Website development or design projects after approval of layout or demo.
  • SEO or marketing services after campaign setup and keyword optimization.
  • Content creation and branding services once creative concepts have been delivered.
  • Any customized or third-party integrated service (e.g., hosting, domain, plugin fees).

Project Revisions & Modifications

We offer revisions as per the agreed project scope. Any additional revisions or change requests beyond the approved scope may incur extra charges. If you are not satisfied with the output, please contact our support team before requesting a refund so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Project cancellations must be requested in writing via email at media@animationvibes.com. Cancellations are reviewed case-by-case depending on the stage of work completed. Refunds, if any, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
