Since our offerings are service-based and customized for each client, our refund and return policies differ from those for physical products.
Once a project or service has been initiated, we invest significant time and resources in planning, strategy, and execution. Therefore, we do not offer full refunds for services that are already in progress or completed.
However, if you cancel your project before any work has commenced (for example, within 48 hours of payment), you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative and processing fees.

We offer revisions as per the agreed project scope. Any additional revisions or change requests beyond the approved scope may incur extra charges. If you are not satisfied with the output, please contact our support team before requesting a refund so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
Project cancellations must be requested in writing via email at media@animationvibes.com. Cancellations are reviewed case-by-case depending on the stage of work completed. Refunds, if any, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
